maintaining a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, which allows for focused

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients according
to established protocols. Monitor patient conditions and administer
treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
to support patient recovery and wellness. Maintain accurate and
detailed patient records. Adhere to all safety and infection
control policies within the unit. Qualifications: Current RN
licensure. Experience in Medical-Surgical Oncology nursing. Ability
to work efficiently during night shifts. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Commitment to patient-centered care.
Schedule/Hours: 3x 12-hour night shifts. Details: Contract
