Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a premier leader in medical services, is seeking
an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse to provide high-quality,
compassionate, and patient-centered care in our oncology
department. As part of our dedicated team, the Oncology RN will
play a pivotal role in implementing specialized care plans,
supporting patients through their cancer treatment, and
contributing to a supportive environment that promotes patient
health and wellness. Administer chemotherapy and other medications
to oncology patients Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms,
modifying treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their
families on disease processes, treatment, and home care needs
Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to
optimize patient care Maintain accurate and detailed patient
records Strong clinical skills with a focus on oncology care
Ability to administer chemotherapy Expert in pain management
techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
