Job Description:
Join HCA Healthcare as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care
Unit and be part of a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes

highest level of care for patients in critical conditions. Provide
direct nursing care in accordance with established policies,
procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Monitor,
record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate using
computerized documentation systems. Administer medications, monitor
vital signs, and initiate corrective actions whenever the patient
displays adverse symptomatology. Instruct and educate patients and
families through recovery processes. Supervise and support nursing
staff within the unit. Perform all other duties as needed or
assigned. Strong clinical skills in a high-intensity environment
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities Ability to
work collaboratively in teams Effective communication skills, both
verbal and written Proficiency in using healthcare software and
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license BLS/ACLS
certification CCRN certification preferred but not required
