Learn more about us: www.archcraftsmen.com / https://www.youtube.com/@Architecturalcraftsmen/videos What You'll Be Doing Project Coordination & Scheduling Assist with project schedules, milestones, and sequencing Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Track schedule changes and proactively communicate risks or updates Communication & Team Support Act as a point of contact between designers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Coordinate meetings, distribute notes, and track follow-ups Support client communication as directed by the Project Manager Document Control & Administration Maintain accurate project records including contracts, permits, drawings, change orders, COIs, W-9s, invoices, and job logs Support contract administration including OCIP/CCIP enrollment, pay applications, and closeout documentation Ensure documents meet company standards and compliance requirements Budget, Cost & Procurement Support Assist with estimating and budget tracking Prepare purchase orders and process vendor invoices Track project costs and support financial reporting Order and track materials, equipment, and office supplies Quality, Safety & Compliance Maintain safety documentation (SDS/MSDS) Assist with PPE distribution and safety coordination Track employee licenses and certifications (OSHA, city licenses, etc.) Project Closeout Coordinate final inspections and punch lists Assist with as-built documentation and owner turnover materials Support final billing and closeout submissions What We're Looking For Experience & Education High school diploma required; construction-related degree preferred 5 years experience in construction project coordination or project support strongly preferred Commercial construction experience is a plus Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Experience with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Professional Traits Highly organized and detail-oriented Clear, professional communicator Comfortable juggling multiple priorities Proactive problem-solver Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in where needed Work Environment Primarily office-based with occasional jobsite visits Regular interaction with field teams, vendors, and clients Collaborative, professional, and accountability-driven culture Compensation & Growth Starting Pay: Competitive and aligned with experience 90-Day Review: Performance and role-mastery evaluation 6-Month Review: Compensation and growth discussion This role offers long-term growth potential for someone looking to deepen their construction career while gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of projects.
