Provide individual and family therapy to children and families in
both office and school settings, utilizing evidence base
therapeutic techniques. Offer psychoeducation, prevention
programming and advocacy to empower children and families with the
tools they need to build resilience, manage stress, and thrive
mentally and emotionally. Assess and provide crisis intervention
during high-stress situations, ensuring clients’ safety with
effective risk assessments and safety planning. Participate in
ongoing professional development to stay on top of the latest
therapeutic practices, ensuring you’re always equipped to offer the
best care possible. What We’re Looking For: Master's degree in a
mental health-related field, must have or be eligible for a
provisional license (PLPC or LMSW) or full license of an (LPC,
LMSW, LMFT) in the state of Missouri. A mission-driven individual

respectful partnership with people served and their families. This
position requires you to work 2-3 evenings per week. We are an
