Representative, you will have the opportunity to begin working

What you'll do as a Sales Development Representative:
* Make outbound calls to introduce new prospects to our products
* Identify opportunities to schedule sales appointments with
* Research and identify key contacts at target companies.
* Generate leads for sales.
* Achieve or exceed goals and quotas for sales monthly.
* Work with Marketing and Sales to organize sponsored events.
* Work with Marketing Manager on executing the Customer Advisory
* Assist with CalTech event and tradeshow strategy, including but
not limited to: identifying key events for Business Development
Executives territories, internal team meeting for attendees,
maintain pre-and post-show communication, and event attendance.
What skills you'll need:
* Most importantly, you have excellent telephone etiquette and a
professional phone voice.
* Excellent communication and engagement skills.
* Ability to demonstrate patience, tact, and enthusiasm in
communicating with prospects.
* Experience with marketing, lead generation, and prospect
management is preferred.
* Must be highly self-motivated, disciplined, and hold a "can do"
This position involves in-office work and travel for customer
meetings, relationship development, training, events, and team
meetings. Some after-business hours will be required, as well as
the use of a personal vehicle for job-related travel with mileage
