Accurately diagnosing homeowners problems and offering sensible solutions to their needs Selling and scheduling jobs on a regular basis Communicating schedule and work scopes with operations department to ensure smooth job completion Effectively managing/logging follow up calls with customers Continuing education; constantly 3-5 years of construction or sales experience High School Diploma or GED Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Construction Sales, Marketing Understand basic construction and be knowledgeable of products Basic negotiation skills and ability persuade customers Ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Be a self-motivator to achieve annual and monthly sales goals Positive personality and able to present proposals in effective manner Good analytical skills Basic math skills Experience with Microsoft Office productions including, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent attention to detail and is well organized Valid drivers license Position requires a drug test and motor vehicle report to be completed, contingent upon employment.
