Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Estimator for our Entry Door Systems team in Olathe, Kansas. We are looking for an individual that is detail oriented, has vision and a competitive drive. You will help build up communities both local and nationwide, estimating specifically on airports, hospitals and schools (K-12)!

Job Responsibilities:

Review drawings and specifications to determine amounts and most appropriate product based on specific job requirements to complete the project
Collaborate with managers about sale strategies
Determine cost of projects based on products and quantity
Strong communication with vendors, customers and upper management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion
Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements:

Mathematically inclined - innately good with numbers
Proven experience in a fast paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
No experience required - On the job training is available for those with strong attributes!
