This short-term role will be responsible for reviewing and organizing various agreements and financial documents, ensuring that critical contract data is accurately documented and maintained. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized,and comfortable working with digital tools and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and organize agreements, contracts, confirmations, and financial documents
• Document contract details into a spreadsheet and potentially input them into Endur (system of record)
• Ensure contract records are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to obtain or verify informationRequired Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • Experience handling legal, financial, or contract documents
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in digital systems and spreadsheetsPreferred Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with utility or corporate contract management processes
    • Previous experience with Endur or similar systems is a plusOther Requirements:
      • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
      • Candidates located in or near the Kansas City, MO metro area.Work Environment:
