You will provide professional services to operate, renovate and maintain building, systems and equipment while meeting the needs of the building occupants. Key Responsibilities

• Coach and lead other
• Evaluate/recommend equipment
• Evaluate/recommend renovations
• Coordinate project activities
• Identify and prioritize work
• Analyze budget
• Approve and oversee work
• Participate in planning

  • EPA Refrigerant Certification - -WE VALUE

    • In depth experience in facilities management or manufacturing .
    • Strong analytical skills and creative thinking
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
