Job Description:

Blazerworks, in partnership with a school district in Gardner, KS, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with children and have a deep understanding of speech and language disorders. Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide speech and language therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
• Attend and participate in school meetings and professional development activities Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Kansas state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
  • Prior experience working with children in a school setting preferred
