Job Description A slitting machine operator works in a factory and operates equipment to cut materials in slats of a set length and width. You use a variety of raw materials, such as metal, plastic, or cardboard, with each project having unique specifications and production guidelines. Pay : $15-18/hr plus shift differential Bonus : Sign-on bonus paid after 3 months and 6 months Employee will get $1500 after 90 days Employee will get another $1500 after 180 days Responsibilities: loading the product aligning it properly ensuring all cuts adhere to specifications throughout the machining process handle a wide range of materials depending on the type of manufacturing safe operation of the equipment including necessary maintenance and documentation Skills Required: production experience Company Description We partner with local businesses, in all industries, to help match the clients needs with candidates who are ready to find their next career.
