What you'll be focused on

• Plan and execute training programs for customers and sales teams
• Collaboration with Graphic Designers, Marketing Assistants and Management to ensure timely completion of projects
• Prepare Marketing Reports and distribute accordingly
• Work closely with advertising in the development and update of product literature
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Works collaboratively with employees and team members to achieve balanced scorecard objectives
• Develops working relationships with departments, employees and managers across the organization
• Demonstrates understanding of TVH Mission, Vision, Values and Building Blocks

We're seeking a candidate with working knowledge of following graphics packages, Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to speak Spanish and English.
  • Must possess a minimum of 1 year project management coordination experience in marketing department
  • Proven track record of effectively managing and driving multiple projects to completion
  • Ability to handle multiple project and changes quickly
  • Intermediate to advanced ability to work in MS Word and Excel
  • Must be able to work independently and multi task effectively
  • Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
