Job Description Job Title: Customer Account Coordinator - 10180
Hours: 7:30am-4pm Duration: 4 months, potential for extension
Location: Open to candidates geographically, 100% remote Job
Expectations: Employee will work with dealers (small stores)
regarding their customer service needs. They'll primarily work in
email and written communication. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Order Entry in business software, NIS (AS400 Application) Good
communication skills, written & verbal, essential for communicating
with external customers Proficiency in Microsoft applications:
Excel, Teams, Word Able to work in fast paced environment Minimum
Education Required: High school diploma, secondary education level
or equivalent Additional Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience or experience in agriculture
