Job Description Job Title: Customer Account Coordinator -
Duration: 4 months, potential for extension
Location: Open to candidates geographically, 100% remote
Employee will work with dealers (small stores) regarding their
customer service needs.
They'll primarily work in email and written communication.
Order Entry in business software, NIS (AS400 Application)
Good communication skills, written & verbal, essential for
communicating with external customers
Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Excel, Teams, Word
Able to work in fast paced environment
Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Additional Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience or experience in agriculture
