Top JobLocated in Olathe, KSOffice Clerk Responsibilities:Answering the phone at a reception desk or in a specific department and transferring calls as neededSorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mailCreate documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emailsMaking logistical arrangements for meetings or conferences, including booking travel, making reservations or organizing rentalsRunning errands and making deliveries around the office or to external partiesCollecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential recordsManaging digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email correspondenceMonitoring office inventory and ordering suppliesTranscribing or taking notes during meetings and writing minutes, memos and/or agendasPreparing or processing invoices or estimatesAssisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasksPackaging and shipping company materialsResponsibilities: General Description/Purpose Our company is looking for a focused, industrious, and likable candidate to fill a vacant administrative clerk position. As an administrative clerk, you will perform a variety of clerical duties to help keep the office running smoothly. Our ideal candidate is an efficient, dynamic, and cooperative individual who can perform well while juggling multiple tasks with little to no direct supervision. Company General Policy AND Procedure - Attendance: Is punctual and present. Will request time off in accordance with policy. Will document time worked and reasons for tardiness/absence or leaving early according to office policy. Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED).One -two years data entry experience; or equivalent combination of education and training.Must be proficient in Excel.Location: Olathe, KSPay: $14/Hr, PAID WEEKLY!
