Project Coordinator - Digital TVH is seeking a Business Project Coordinator responsible for the implementation and execution of the department strategy in collaboration with the project manager, by being responsible for the practical organization, follow-up and all other aspects of project and change management of the specific (overarching) projects within the department (which include large, multi-year, global ecommerce platform development and process improvement initiatives), in order to achieve an optimal elaboration of the strategy by realizing the predefined goals of the project. CORE FUNCTIONS Together with the Project Manager: Define the scope of the project and analyze its impact in order to get a clear picture of the needs and the objectives, setting up timelines and project teams. Assist in translating the stated objectives into clearly defined objectives. Collaborate with and support colleagues within the department and beyond by using project-based approach to specific challenges; working through project goals in a timely and correct manner, in order to achieve the agreed objectives. Develop change management plans for the assigned projects in a structured way and implement / execute plans in such a way that the set goals are achieved and bridges are built along the way Collect, process and interpret relevant project related data, and report this information to department management and stakeholders in order to ensure optimal management. Participate in process improvements and assist the organization in adapting optimally to changing circumstances. Continuously develop oneself, both in terms of knowledge of the functioning within TVH, as well as in the field of project and change management, in order to improve efficiency within the team, department and company. Assist Project Manager with: Project Management Clarifying needs and objectives Defining the project charter Establishing and following project scope, timelines, milestones and goals Assembling project teams Establishing timelines and priorities Project coordination and execution utilizing various project management tools Assessment of project impacts Change Management Developing and implementing change management initiatives Documenting workflows and procedures Gauging and managing stakeholder expectations Communication Developing and documenting communication plans Communicating status to cross functional teams and stakeholders - this encompasses: Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders in such a way that a good flow of information is guaranteed Collecting feedback from stakeholders on a regular basis, addressing roadblocks diplomatically and collaborating to make adjustments where necessary Cooperating and collaborating with other departments, sister companies and external partners in such a way to contribute to a positive working climate Assisting with business case development Participating with the team in sharing best practices, continuous improvement and lessons learned KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Prior experience working in a similar role assisting with Project Coordination on large, complex Digital, Technical or Marketing projects using Agile or Scrum methodology in a matrix organization Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficient organizational, time management, and follow up skills Demonstrate flexibility, drive, initiative and a proven ability to obtain timely and quality results Effective problem solving skills Team oriented mindset with a positive attitude Desire and commitment to promote and share the TVH mission, vision, values, and culture Preferred Ecommerce CRM Global project experience Start the Conversation Apply Now TVH is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity.
