Job Description:
DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator (AC) to
join our Nationwide Service Team in Olathe, KS. This individual is
responsible for client communication, conflict resolution and basic
account management for our National Account Customers. An AC
communicates with customers, internal technicians, vendors, and
subcontractors regarding door service projects nation-wide. We
offer opportunities for advancement and promotions.Position
Overview:Negotiate and manage subcontractor relationshipsNegotiate
and manage material manufacturer relationshipsDaily contact with
end users to make sure all customer expectations are metAbility to
manage smaller account relationships as neededMaintain and promote
a positive attitude at all timesQualifications:Bachelor's degree
preferredOne year of administrative experience preferredEquivalent
combination of education and experience will be
considered!Proficiency in Microsoft Office programsExcellent
communication and customer relations skillsAbility to multi-task in
