Together, there's no stopping you.\n\nSenior Compliance Specialist - (Remote Eligible in Kansas/Missouri only)Job DescriptionSummary:The primary responsibility of the Senior Compliance Specialist is to assist the Director of Bank Regulatory Compliance with the daily and periodic monitoring, researching, and review of state and federal compliance requirements, acts, and laws.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Partner with Compliance Manager and other Compliance personnel in administering the Bank's testing and monitoring schedule Communicate results of transactional testing to the appropriate business units and assist with corrective actions and root cause determination Communicate, assist, and advise all units regarding the various state and federal compliance laws and regulations. Provide training related to federal and state regulatory requirements to all applicable personnel (as needed). Assist bank personnel with questions and inquiries related to regulatory compliance.Provide training and act as a team leader for others in the Compliance department Attend seminars, workshops, and conferences on behalf of Bank to expand Compliance Depart ment 's knowledge of new and updated compliance requirements Provide information during regulatory examinations and internal and external audits Perform other duties as necessary. Qualifications:Sufficient knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirementsAbility to communicate verbally and/or in writing federal and state regulatory requirements to applicable business units and individualsNeeds to effectively work with Microsoft Office products and other computer software programsOrganizing priorities and meeting deadlinesEffective initiative and decision-making skillsSupervisory Responsibilities:NoneEducation and/or Experience:Three to five years of related bank compliance experienceBachelor's degree (B.
