Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve production issues including making code changes, working with application and hardware vendor technical support when needed.
• Provide maintenance support for the application suite.
• Function as an escalation point for Help Desk.
• Open and/or close work orders as needed.
• Maintain system security (user accounts, responsibilities, passwords, etc.).
• May consult with users and participate in application testing.
• With assistance from Senior Staff or Management:
  • Resolve routine production issues;
  • Document the procedures for resolving issues;
  • Monitor and/or run key, off-hours processes;
  • Document the production processing schedule;
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Oracle Workflow;
  • Perform testing as needed;
  • Perform routine portal administration tasks.Requirements
    • Minimum 4 years of professional software application administration and/or support experience, with skills in three or more of the following:
      • Microsoft ASP.NET;
      • Microsoft SharePoint;
      • Microsoft T-SQL;
      • Microsoft Visual Studio & Team Foundation Server;
      • Microsoft Windows Forms;
      • Microsoft VB.NET;
      • Oracle Developer Suite (Forms & Reports);
      • Oracle E-Business Suite;
      • Oracle PL/SQL.
      • High-level of computer security understanding.Preferred
        • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - provided by Dice
