Job Description Job Description Flint Logistics is currently seeking a dedicated CDL A Truck Driver for full-time employment. Hiring Area: Kansas City, MO 64101 Home Time: Every 2 weeks for a 48-hour reset, with some lanes offering weekly home time. Compensation: CDL A Truck Drivers will earn $1,300 to $1,500 per week, with a minimum pay of $1,200 per week for the first 90 days to facilitate a smooth transition into the new role. Equipment: Drivers have the option to choose from Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts (subject to availability). The trucks range from 2017 to 2022 models and are equipped with automatic transmission, APU, and inverter. Trailers are dry vans hauling general commodity freight. Route & Home Time: CDL A Truck Drivers will cover the lower 48 states, with the majority of loads being drop and hook to minimize downtime. Freight for this account is 100% no-touch. Orientation: Transportation to orientation will be provided via flight or rental car. Meals are included, and drivers will receive $1,000 in orientation pay.
