DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Project Administrator in our Entry Door Systems group in our Olathe, Kansas office. This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, organized, and technical individual.Job Responsibilities:Work with project managers on all aspects of projects including processing shop drawings, project correspondence and billingProvide excellent customer service to both internal and external customersSet up and maintain files on sold projectsPrepare and submit monthly progress billings for current projectsProcess project related paperwork to include contracts, subcontracts, lien waivers, etc.Prepare project audits for management review at project completionOther responsibilities as assignedJob Requirements:Must have strong attention to detailExcel experience is requiredMust be technically inclined with strong mathematical and mechanical skillsNeed to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environmentStrong Microsoft Office and computer skillsWhy DH Pace?DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organization offering a complete range of door and door related products and commercial security products.
