Job Summary/Essential Functions Commerce Bank is currently looking to fill a CMS/SiteCore and C# .NET developer position. This position will be responsible for developing / promoting the Commerce Bank external facing web site. This developer will work directly with multiple IT areas and business partners to design, develop, implement, and support business line digital solutions. Work Schedule Full Time, 40 hours per week. - Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Location: 17310 W 119th Street, Olathe, KS 66061. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required: Strong knowledge of .Net platform, JavaScript, ActiveX, and DLL. Strong understanding of web application design, infrastructure, and N-Tier architecture. Ability to establish good working relationships with a diverse group of individuals across Commerce. Ability to work with various IT and business teams. Individual must be self-motivated and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of software development life-cycle methodologies and Agile project management processes. Familiarity of web services with development experience. Ability to assist in constructing and reviewing requirements. Solid skills interpreting, developing, and executing test scripts (use case scenarios). Ability to maintain documentation and process models. Strong analytic skills to perform manual testing of software applications. Ability to communicate clearly & effectively with multiple technical & non-technical groups, verbal and written. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Education/Experience Required: Professional with Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Previous experience working with and developing in a Content Management System (CMS), preferably SiteCore. 5+ years of C# .Net web application development experience. 3+ years of development experience of MVC, Web Service, and SQL Server. Work experience on web application design, infrastructure, and N-Tier architecture. Preferred: Financial Services experience. Experience with Agile methodologies. Banking experience preferred. Experience with Performance Testing. Experience with automated testing tools. Experience supporting software in the financial services industry.
