Overview:$16.00 per hour -As a Recruiter, you will be front and center in the Worlds of Fun's seasonal hiring experience! As a part of a recruiting team, you will own the candidate process from start to finish! -This position is a seasonal hourly position. -Some specific tasks that a Recruiter -might be responsible for include: - -Attends on-site and off-site recruitment functions to attract talented individuals to our organization -Reviews applications for seasonal positions and contacts qualified candidates -Ensures applicants meet eligibility requirements and recommends other positions they may be more qualified for -Utilize various tools (Phone, Text, Email, Microsoft (word and excel), etc.) to contact applicants and track the hiring process -Ability to make multiple calls daily to engage applicants through the hiring process -Ensures applicants pre-boarding paperwork is completed for onboarding -Assists in writing reports and researching statistical information as directed by manager -Assists with the FUNraising program, including developing and maintaining relationships with groups, managing check in process and preparing remunerations. -Other duties may be assigned - -Some of our amazing perks and benefits: -Paid Training and FREE uniforms! -FREE Admission to Worlds of Fun and other Cedar Fair parks! -FREE tickets for family and friends! -25% discounts on Food and 25% discounts on Merchandise! - -Employee-only RIDE nights, GAME nights, and FREE FOOD events! -
