Resources Intern at KCAS is a role to consider.When you work as a
People Operations Intern at KCAS, you get to further our mission by
working with the People Operations team to support the business
functions within KCAS and be a part of the process for developing
and managing the KCAS workforce.Interns will:
- Work with other People Operations team members to learn and
participate in payroll, benefits, compensation, new hire
orientation, FMLA leaves, and compliance projects.
- Provide support to HR Generalists and People Ops Manager when
needed.Interns will also get the opportunity to participate in
learning and development activities, social events, and will
network with KCAS leaders.WHO YOU AREYou will thrive as an intern

consider our Interns to be a primary pipeline for employment upon
their graduation, we require that Interns meet the following
eligibility requirements:
- Studying for a BS/BA degree. Preferably in Human Resources
Management, Organizational Leadership or Human Relations.
- Eligible for full-time employment in the US without need for
sponsorship once internship is complete (this means we are unable
to consider students on an F-1 visa)
- Be available to work full-time in the Kansas City metro area
(Olathe) during the internship, which will start May 22, 2023, and
end August 11, 2023
- Coachable and curious, with a strong desire to learn
- Must be able to work independently.
- This is a hybrid position within office and work from home
days. This will require the individual to be accountable and
reliable for transportation and time keeping purposes.WHAT YOU'LL

shared learning programs, social events, and company networking, as
well as consideration for future full-time roles. Interns are
considered non-benefitted and therefore do not qualify for medical
