We are looking for dedicated and caring professionals to join our team! #Olathe Health is a non-profit health system that operates: #-Olathe Medical Center, a 300-bed general acute care facility which is recognized for its wide range of specialty care, cutting-edge technology and a dedicated medical staff with an excellent reputation, #-Miami County Medical Center, a 39-bed general acute care facility which is nationally recognized for Patient Satisfaction, and provides quality care in numerous sub-specialties, and #-Olathe Health Physicians, which includes freestanding primary and specialty clinics that focus on quality, patient-centered care.# We#re currently looking for a HR Applications Analyst to join our Human Resources team. Position Description: The HR Applications Analyst is responsible to maintain data quality for the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), partners with internal customers and vendors to facilitate integration, and participates in all aspects of system changes, upgrades or patches. The HR Applications Analyst maintains knowledge of the HR systems and full-cycle HR and benefits administration; maintains the tables, forms, and integrations for the HRIS, and functions as the subject matter expert and resource for Human Resources. Evaluates and makes recommendations to make processes more efficient and user friendly. The HR Applications Analyst writes, maintains and supports complex reports and queries; and understands the business objectives to interpret data, find patterns, and make recommendations based on data trends. Develops and delivers analytics, reports and presentations based upon data trends and patterns. Creates ad hoc analysis and reporting of HRIS data for HR department and internal customers. The HR Applications Analyst creates and maintains user guides, and provides training to end users. Promotes teamwork, collaboration and trust by demonstrating sound judgment, empathy, and active listening/communication. Encourages positive and productive working relationships, and advocates for inclusion in the work environment. ## Position Requirements: Education: Minimum: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Experience: Minimum: 1 - 3 Years HRIS system (Infor/Lawson), database, and business analytics experience Preferred: 3 - 5 Years HRIS system (Infor/Lawson and Kronos), database, and business analytics experience Preferred: Previous Healthcare Experience Knowledge, Skills: Minimum:# Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage complex projects to resolution, Ability to analyze complex HR and business issues, and recommend solutions, Experience with large ERP systems, including Infor/Lawson and Kronos Workforce Central, Customer Relations, Grammar/Spelling, Mathematical, Organizational, Operate Office Equipment, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, advanced knowledge of Excel and Access and associated reporting capability, and Verbal Communication - Ability to discuss issues at a technical or non-technical level Licensure/Certification: Preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP # EEO Employer M/F/Disabled/Vet #CB JobSummaryDisplay: We are looking for dedicated and caring professionals to join our team!
