since 2003, Maloney’s brings together friendly service, tasty food,
and a massive setup of HDTVs and outdoor spaces to tune into the
action—whether upstairs or outdoors. What You’ll Do Lead by example
while managing day-to-day front-of-house operations . Supervise
servers, food runners, and bar staff to ensure exceptional guest
service . Monitor dining, bar, and outside areas to maintain
cleanliness, flow, and atmosphere . Support scheduling, training,
and coaching to keep staff engaged and on-task. Step in as needed
to assist with service, resolve guest concerns, and keep the floor
moving . Collaborate with the GM and Bar Manager to ensure events,
busy shifts, and promotions run smoothly. What We’re Looking For 2
years of restaurant or bar experience required. Management
experience preferred but not required. Strong leadership skills
with the ability to motivate and coach a team . Excellent
communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment . Must be 21 and
available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Perks of the Job
