Job Duties/Description:
Order entry via EDI into AS400 ERP System communication with customers via e-mail working with Microsoft Excel to build customer schedules working with customer portals to schedule order shipments/deliveries.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

• 
  Previous customer service experience required minimum 3 years in RELEVANT customer service role
  
  
• 
  PROFICIENT able to effectively work with MS Office Word/Excel/Teams/Outlook
  
  
• 
  Previous experience with EDI transactions required - AS400 ERP Experience a plus
  
  
• 
  Professional attitude
  
  
• 
  Self-motivated ability to work remotely
