communication and patient education abilities Responsibilities /
Duties - Administer chemotherapy and other treatments safely and
effectively - Monitor patients for adverse reactions and manage
side effects according to protocols - Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized
care plans - Educate patients and families regarding treatment
regimens and symptom management - Maintain accurate documentation
in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
