qualifications will not be considered. A travel nursing opportunity
is available for an experienced RN skilled in stepdown care. This
role requires flexibility to float between Medical-Surgical (MS)
and Stepdown units as patient care needs arise. This position

Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in
both Medical-Surgical and Stepdown units Monitor patient conditions
and respond promptly to changes in status Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety
and compliance Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
patient care activities Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse
(RN) license Experience in Stepdown and Medical-Surgical nursing
preferred Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient care needs
and unit assignments Strong clinical assessment and critical
thinking skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities
