experiences and outcomes. The PRN (Pro Re Nata) position offers
flexible scheduling, tailored to meet both the departmental needs
and personal preferences of our nursing team. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care in an emergency room setting.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
Provide prompt and accurate documentation of patient care.
Stabilize patients with swift, precise decision-making. Administer
medications and treatments per physician orders. Educate patients
and their families on treatment plans and healthcare needs. Strong
clinical skills in an emergency medical setting. Excellent
decision-making and problem-solving skills. Effective communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a
fast-paced environment. Proficient in using medical software for
patient care management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
preferred.
