As a Registered RN in Ortho Trauma, you will join a team of passionate medical professionals providing urgent and comprehensive care to patients with orthopedic injuries. This role requires a balance of surgical expertise, acute care proficiency, and a compassionate approach to patient management, ensuring high standards of tailored orthopedic care. Provide comprehensive nursing care for trauma patients, focusing on orthopedic injuries. Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans. Monitor patient progress and respond to medical emergencies promptly. Educate patients and their families on post-treatment home care needs. Maintain accurate patient records and administer medications as prescribed. Strong clinical skills in an orthopedic setting Ability to work effectively in a high-stress trauma environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using medical software for patient care management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC) preferred
