Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a leader in medical services, seeks a
compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency
Room at Brookside facility. In this critical role, you will provide
direct and personalized care to patients in emergency situations.
The position requires a dynamic nurse capable of quick thinking and

care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and
protocols of the healthcare organization. Perform comprehensive
patient assessments and prioritize data based on patient’s
immediate condition. Administer medications and treatments
accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary team members including physicians, specialists,
and support staff to enhance patient outcomes. Educate patients and
their families on prevention and healthy habits, creating plans for
immediate and future needs. Maintain up-to-date records of patient
care, condition, progress, and concerns. Proficiency in handling
medical equipment relevant to an emergency room setting. Ability to
make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and
multitasking skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered nurse license in
the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
preferred. Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification is a
plus.
