HCA Healthcare invites applications for the role of Registered
Nurse RN - Adult Psych, dedicated to providing comprehensive and
patient-centered care in our advanced healthcare settings. This
role involves working directly with adult patients to manage and
treat various psychiatric conditions, ensuring their safety and
supporting their road to recovery. As a key member of our
healthcare team, you will collaborate with various healthcare
professionals to deliver high-quality psychiatric care tailored to
the needs of each patient. Assess mental health needs and develop
nursing care plans for adult psychiatric patients. Administer
medications and treatments and monitor for side effects and
responses. Provide direct care and manage behavioral crises with
clinically approved techniques. Educate patients and families about
mental health conditions and wellness strategies. Collaborate with
psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain patient records and adhere to healthcare compliance and
privacy regulations. Strong clinical skills in psychiatric care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage
acute behavioral crises Proficiency in electronic health record
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid RN license Certified Psychiatric Mental Health
Nurse (CPMHN) certification preferred Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required
