patients regain their independence through tailored rehabilitation
programs following severe injuries, surgical procedures, or chronic
diseases. Assess patient condition by monitoring vital signs,
symptoms, and reactions to treatments. Administrate medications as
prescribed and oversee patient rehabilitation programs. Collaborate
with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to design and
implement comprehensive treatment plans. Educate patients and
families on treatment plans and recovery processes, ensuring
understanding and compliance. Document patient care services by
charting in patient and department records. Maintain a cooperative
relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information
and participating in team problem-solving methods. Clinical skills
and familiarity with rehabilitation processes and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking
and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate medical equipment
relevant to rehab nursing. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse
License. Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN)
certification preferred.
