The ideal candidate will provide direct nursing care, manage health plans, and serve as a vital resource for families and school personnel. /n /nResponsibilities:/n /n/t - Provide direct nursing services including first aid, medication administration, and emergency response/n/t - Develop, implement, and monitor individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions or special medical needs/n/t - Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state and district health regulations/n/t - Communicate regularly with parents, healthcare providers, and school staff regarding student health concerns/n/t - Participate in IEP or 504 meetings when medical input is required/n/t - Conduct screenings (vision, hearing, immunization compliance, etc.) and track health data/n/t - Promote wellness and preventive health education throughout the school community/n/t - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional nursing and district standards/n /n /nQualifications:/n/n /n/t - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing/n/t - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred/n/t - Current CPR and First Aid certification/n/t - Experience in pediatrics, public health, or school nursing strongly preferred/n/t - Strong communication, organizational, and crisis management skills/n /nBenefits:/n/n /n/t - Competitive weekly pay/n/t - Health, dental, and vision insurance options/n/t - 401(k) /n/t - Professional development and continuing education opportunities/n/t - Supportive, student-focused work environment/n /n IDR Job ID 487240.
