board-eligible Neonatologist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in

NeonatologistLocation: Topeka, KansasKey Responsibilities:Provide
comprehensive care to critically ill and premature newborns in a
Level III NICUOversee neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, and
ongoing intensive careCollaborate with obstetricians,
pediatricians, nurses, and respiratory therapistsParticipate in
family counseling, quality improvement, and educational
activitiesQualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in
Neonatal-Perinatal MedicineEligible for Kansas medical
licensureProficient in neonatal procedures including intubation,
central line placement, and surfactant administrationStrong
communication skills and commitment to family-centered
