Job Description Trinity Staffing Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Kansas City, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/01/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Must have 1 year of Home Health Experience Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on recovery, chronic disease management, and preventing hospital readmissions. Cumulatively it's 40 hours per week and the number of patients is based on the type of visit and the location. Experience must have a minimum of 12 full months of Home Health experience Guaranteed Hours 36 hours but will likely be scheduled 40 hours every week due to the caseload. EMR - Care Efficient. Scrubs need to be either black, blue, or grey and they provide logo t-shirts. Coverage Area can be up to a 50 mile radius Compliance - BLS, active state license, active drivers license, and proof of active auto insurance. - Complete OASIS documentation - Maintain accurate visit notes (often via EMR/tablet) - Ensure Medicare/insurance compliance - Follow agency policies and state/federal regulations - Perform comprehensive patient assessments (head-to-toe, OASIS assessments) - Develop and implement individualized care plans - Administer medications (oral, IV, IM, SQ) - Wound care (including wound vac management) - IV therapy and PICC line care - Catheter care and ostomy management - Tracheostomy and ventilator care (if applicable) - Monitor vital signs and disease progression - Post-surgical care and monitoring
