Code: 66204 Job Description: Assists nursing staff with tasks such
as transporting patients, delivering equipment and supplies,
transporting specimens, delivering patient trays, answering phones,
and assisting visitors when not providing direct patient
observation. Intervenes to prevent patient self-harm or harm to
others and seeks immediate assistance for escalating incidents.
Demonstrates knowledge and respect for patient rights to privacy
and confidentiality. Creates clear and accurate documentation of
patient status and activities during shift. Promotes positive
patient interactions and advocates for patients and family-centered
care in all decisions and actions. . The expertise and experiences
you’ll need to succeed: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: High School
Grad or Equiv (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) -
Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range: $15.00 - $22.50 This facility is
