Our ICU sees a wide variety of patients and diagnoses, offering educational opportunities and a great learning environment for new nurses. The TCU cares for acutely ill patients transitioning from ICU or needing close monitoring—perfect for developing critical thinking skills . ? Qualifications ? Graduate of an accredited RN program ? Current RN license (or compact license) ? Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs., prolonged standing/walking ? Ability to adapt to stressful situations & communicate effectively Certifications: ?? BLS (within 30 days of hire) ? ACLS ? Other unit-specific certifications as required ? Ready to make an impact?
