Champion Individual Success: Oversee the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs), tailoring support to help each person thrive. Shape Our Team: Take an active role in hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff to build a positive, collaborative environment. Hands-On Support: Provide direct care, from daily living assistance and medication administration to personal care and meal planning. Community Connector: Encourage community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings and providing transportation to work, events, and activities. Balance & Growth: Enjoy a dynamic role that blends direct service, program management, and leadership responsibilities. Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of related work experience Must be 18 years or older Current driver's license, reliable vehicle, registration, and insurance Other licensure or certification if required by regulatory authority Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills A passion for helping others and being part of something better Why Join Us?
