Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Specialty Unit Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:45 - 07:15) Experience: 2 Years of Recent Specialty Experience Required License: Current License Required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Telemetry skills and experience in unit monitoring - Must have experience with post catheterization patients - Willingness to float between departments as needed Description: The position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in MS/Tele. Shifts are scheduled for 13 weeks, working three 12-hour night shifts. Ratios will be 1:5. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar specialty within the past 12 months. No gaps in employment greater than 90 days are allowed in the past year. Weekend shifts will be required as part of the regular rotating schedule. All candidates must hold current BLS and NIHSS certifications. Regular floating between departments, units, and facilities may be required to meet staffing needs. Holiday shifts and Charge RN assignments may be needed as per unit requirements. Candidates must be open to completing modules prior to starting their assignment. References are required, including one from a supervisor level or above. All references must be from the past year. Candidates must pass a drug screening to maintain eligibility for the position.
