Our growing practice is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator, to join our team in the Olathe/Overland Park area. Along with great patients and an even better team, we have a fun atmosphere, love what we do, and patient care is at the top of our list.

Dental Treatment Coordinating experience is required to be considered for this position.

Ranking high on our list is a person who is self-motivated, has keen attention to detail, has good organizational skills, and has a strong work ethic! This role could potentially lead to a Reginal Manager position in the future. We look forward to hearing from you!

Competitive pay starts at $24+ depending on experience

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and two Fridays a month 8-2

This is a General Practice office with Benefits including--Medical, Vision, Dental, Paid Holidays,--PTO, Aflac & Bonuses.

Responsibilities:
--- Work closely with Upper Management
--- Set Obtainable Goals for the clinic
--- Have Strong Scheduling Skills
--- Be Production Minded
--- Be Knowledgeable of Dental Coding and the Insurance Claim Process
--- Be Able to Interpret Insurance Benefit Information
--- Create Treatment Plans
--- Present Treatment Plans
--- Understand and Enforce Financial Policy
--- Understand and Execute Financial Processes
--- Follow-up with Unscheduled Treatment
--- Manage and Maintain Patient Communication via Text, Phone, and/or Email
--- Understand and Enforce the Cancellation Policy
--- Schedule Management in the Event of Cancellations/Low Production
--- Document All Patient Communication
--- Manage Referrals and Communication with Specialists
--- Protect Sensitive Patient Information by Being HIPAA Compliant
--- Answer Phones
--- Check Patients In/Out
--- Receive & Post Payment

Qualifications:
We ask that you have the following experience:
--- Excellent Communication Skills
--- Calm Positive Demeanor
--- Minimum 5 years of Dental experience
--- Understanding of production-based scheduling
--- Very comfortable collecting money
--- Knowledge of PPO dental plans
