! Minimum Requirements: Have a two-year Associates Degree graduate
from an accredited school of nursing Four-year Bachelors Degree
Obtain BSN within 3 years of hire Organizational, Verbal
Communication, Assessment, Ability to Multi Task and Prioritize,
Customer Relations & Critical Thinking/Reasoning Maintain an active
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in accordance with the Kansas Nurse
Licensure Compact required upon hire Healthcare Provider CPR
(American Heart Association or American Red Cross); required with 7
days from date of hire Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
required within 90 days from date of hire National Institute of
Health (NIH) certification required within 90 days from date of
hire Key Responsibilities: Uses the nursing process (assessment,
diagnosis, outcomes/plan, implementation, evaluation) to plan and
provide individualized patient care Communicate effectively with
patients, family members, peers and other healthcare colleagues
Identify process issues that create barriers to effective patient
care and provide feedback to potential resolution ideas Be a team
player who is also able to autonomously complete their expected
duties Exhibit excellent customer service skills, bed side manner
and the ability to communicate and build relationships with the
patient, patients family members and other colleagues Our Nursing
