We are currently hiring for our 2023 Nurse Residency Program. Our STARN Nurse Residency has start dates for January, February, March, April, June, July, August, September and October for 2023. We will align you with the start date that follows your graduation date. Only one application is needed to speak with a recruiter about any openings at all 7 Hospitals with HCA Midwest Health. This New Graduate Nurse Program is designed to prepare you to succeed in a hospital environment. The StaRN Program is a facility sponsored, HCA led specialty training initiative designed to provide intense post graduate training to a new graduate nurse. The program is comprised of a combination of didactic training, high definition simulation and clinical preceptorship at the sponsoring facility.
