Olathe Health System, Inc. is looking for dedicated and caring professionals to join our system! Olathe Medical Center, Inc, a 300-bed general acute care facility is currently looking for an Administrative Systems Manager professional to join our team. Position Description: The Administrative Systems Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, integrating and overseeing software applications that support the core administrative functions of the Olathe Health System and for ongoing support of users in their daily applications of the systems. Functional areas supported include billing, finance, human resources, procurement and patient access (hospital and ambulatory). The Administrative Systems Manager works closely with administrative and other ITS teams to understand and meet their functional needs. Facilitates the use of existing systems to best sustain and enhance the administrative functions and continuously explores new methods to optimize systems. This manager plays a key role in integrating functional needs with technical support and works closely with the PMO on projects to support IT and organizational goals. The Administrative Systems Manager is responsible for implementation and managing all administrative systems, including planning, design, testing, conversion and deployment of new systems and major upgrades to existing systems. Coordinates the involvement of functional administrative groups, Information Technology staff, and external consultants, as needed, in evaluation, planning, design and implementation of projects and in maintaining the usefulness of systems and the integration of systems. Position Requirements: Education: 4 Year / Bachelors degree required. Graduate degree preferred. Experience: Four (4) or more years IS applications or healthcare operations experience with a minimum of seven (7) years IS experience required. Knowledge, Skills: Must possess strong organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills; strong budgetary or fiscal management experience; strong verbal & written communication skills; strong customer service skills; strong project management and process design experience; strong computer skills and proficiency in application design and maintenance.
