Manager with extensive knowledge of the TM Forum's Application
Framework (TAM) and Business Process Framework (eTOM). The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing,
and managing IT and network applications aligned with business
process requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing and
optimizing business processes, ensuring seamless integration across
departments, systems, and partners. A deep understanding of TAM and
eTOM is essential for providing structured application management
and driving efficiency within our digital enterprise.Job
Responsibilities
- In-depth Knowledge of TAM and eTOM: Understanding of TM Forum's
frameworks and their application in telecommunications.
- Process Analysis and Optimization: Ability to analyze, design,
and improve business processes for efficiency.
- Application Management: Managing IT and network applications in
line with business needs.
- Integration Skills: Ensuring seamless process and application
integration across various units.
- Project Management: Overseeing implementation of TAM and eTOM
frameworks.
- Communication and Collaboration: Working effectively with
stakeholders across departments.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Addressing complex business process
challenges.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with telecommunications and
digital enterprise landscapes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Documenting processes and
presenting findings to leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Staying updated on industry trends
related to TAM and eTOM.Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in agile
environments, with a focus on customer experience.Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities
- Product Lifecycle Management in large, complex
initiatives.
- Effective communication with leadership and teams.
- Proven success with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Strong requirements elicitation and technical writing
skills.
- Business analytics skills for data-driven decisions.Licenses
and Certifications
- At least 18 years of age

YesPay Range and BenefitsBase pay: $121,600 - $219,400; Bonus
