Job Description:

Launch innovations in nearly every commercial and defense aircraft platformRuns Procurement Fulfillment Team, driving supply continuity for assigned sites through daily operating system including direct interaction with site cross-functional leaders, and direct participation in daily shortage/escalation calls as needed to drive resolution on supplier support needed.-- Develops and upgrades team experience and knowledge, improve cycle time and team efficiency via strong and sustainable processes.-- Supports continuous improvement through strategic projects as identified and assigned. --Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, or related technical field
    
  • 5+ years procurement or supply chain related experience
    
  • Experience with direct management of people
    WE VALUE
    
    • Strong understanding of ERP systems and supply/demand alignment - SAP experience a strong plus
    • Proven track record with team management, Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
    • Broad experience in operational procurement
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
    • Able to resolve problems, transition and transform sourcing activities
    • Good understanding of best-in-class sourcing management processes and techniques
    • Advanced Analytics and advanced Excel skills
    • Supplier Relationship Management (e.g., SLA's management, performance/score carding)Additional Information
