Apply today for our RN Manager Emergency Department opportunity.Job Summary and Qualifications The teamwork in our 23-bed department is excellent100-120 patient visits dailyOur shared governance council in the ED and the involvement of our staff in the shared governance in the hospital allow our nurses to truly impact the decisions that are made in the department and the overall hospitalBecause we are an accredited chest pain center, a comprehensive stroke center, and a level one trauma center we see some of the most complex patients that allow for an incredible learning environment for any nurseProvides nursing leadership for assessing, planning , implementing and evaluating patient care and safety in assigned areas of responsibilityCollaborates with physicians and other departments to coordinate the needs of patients and their familiesManages resources in a fiscally responsible manner. What qualifications you will need:Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing Current state of Missouri RN or Compact licensure required. BLS and ALS certification required and maintained. EPNC (or PALS) required and TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) required within one year of hire. Three years previous clinical experience preferred.Bachelors Degree This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
