Job Description:

Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Account Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and being a main poc for issue resolution. The AM is expected toprovide excellent customer service, represent clients' needs, and make decisions on matters of significance using independent judgment. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that all information needed by Cross-functional teams is collected and communicated clearly so that receiving, processing, reporting, and invoicing processes run smoothly and successfully.Account Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Understand and interpret contractual Service Agreements and Statement of Works in order to manage the
  • Client requirements.
  • Effectively communicate Client program requirements and work instructions to all applicable business teams.
  • Evaluate order issues and work with client to resolve discrepancies, escalate unresolved issues to management.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams at ITRenew warehouse facilities on pallet discrepancies, receiving issues, reporting updates, and managing progress from start to resolution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to minimize manual procedures, while increasing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Review and approve all special work instruction and receiving requirements by partnering with the Operations teams and leads.
  • Communicate information to internal/external customers in a timely and professional manner (i.e., answer daily inquiries, provide order status, prepare, and send client standard and customer reporting, etc.).
  • Work with Management, Operational, Financial, and IT teams to support business program execution to meet timelines and milestones and ensure client satisfaction across the entire program.
  • Use Salesforce to create client contact records, manage opportunities, and track activities related to a job/project request.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to create and manage quotes for onsite projects.
  • Create final project settlement reports and provide to Accounting team on monthly basis.
  • Provide the data and/or reports needed for standard Quarterly Business Reviews for applicable clients.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics team with scheduling onsite jobs/pickups with service providers.
  • Prioritize own tasks and goals relating to short-term initiatives.
  • Follow and enforce company policies and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.Required Skills:
    • Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs.
    • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on client issues as well as document for further escalation.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace
    • Ability to travel to ITRenew facilities in the United States.
